PAYMENT and RESERVATION

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards, Paypal, Stripe or online bank transfers for all guestrooms or apartments.  A payment processing fee may apply.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:

Check-in : from 15:00 pm
Check – out : before 11:00 am

If you would like to arrange a late check-out or to arrived early, please call or send an email ( info @white-rooms.be) . If the property is free the check-in and check-out time : time is flexible ( by request only).

CLEANING:

We provide fresh bed and bath linen and keep the apartment clean. When leaving, visitors are required to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. If this is not fulfilled, the client will be charged a compensation fee. Extra cleaning can be asked before or during your stay.

YES WE HAVE FREE WIFI:

For all apartments completely free… because this is the twenty first century and we think it’d be rude not to !

ADDITIONAL NIGHTS:

This can be arranged on occasion, depending on the accommodation availability calendar. All changes must be communicated by email.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation can be done after reservation

By us:
In the event that NH should be unable to provide the property that the client has booked, we reserve the right to transfer the client to a similar property.

By the client:
In the event that client cancelled the reservation ( 100% or less) NH will apply the fees detailed below:

Cancellation less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to arrival date 50% (fifty per cent) of the total amount due.

Cancellation less than 8 (eight) days prior to arrival date or in the event of a “no show” 100% of the total amount due.
In case of booking via external agencies, cancellation policies of them will apply.
Booking changes upon client request can be made up to 2 days prior to arrival.

MAINTENANCE AND CONDITION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:

The client shall keep the premises in good condition throughout the rental period, and freely agrees to pay the owner compensation fees in case of any damage or loss to the said accommodation, caused either by client or by any other guests staying in the rented accommodation.

ENERGY SAVINGS AND ECOLOGY:

Please make sure that all lights are turned off when you leave the accommodation, and that the heating are set to minimum or switched off when possible.

Please take your rubbish out and separate glass, cardboard and paper whenever possible.

LIABILITIES:

NH shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use of the rooms by the guest, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior.

CONCIERGE SERVICES:

Additional services can be added if necessary :  restaurant reservations, flowers, champagne, car rental… just ask!
